Damaged Items:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if items arrive damaged
- Photographic evidence may be required
9. Returns & Refunds
Custom-Made Items
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom or personalised goods are non-refundable, except where:
- The item is faulty
- The item does not match the agreed specification
Non-Custom Items (if applicable)
- Can be returned within 14 days
- Must be unused and in original condition
Faulty or Incorrect Items
